Baking with her Italian grandmother since she could read a recipe. She takes her old school recipes and makes them into something new. Always experimenting with different ingredients. Her passion shows with all the desserts she makes from her heart, you can taste the love in her sweets!

Pastry Chef

Pastry chef who learned from her Italian grandmother as well. Practices in the art of fondant work, tiered cakes, and buttercream flowers. She uses her teachings from her grandmother and from school to craft beautiful desserts.
